Hello. I used the BetterMe app during the trial period and canceled the subscription on time. However, money (PLN 66) has been withdrawn from my account for several months. I do not use this application, and I cannot cancel it myself because nothing related to the subscription is displayed in the store. I request that you cancel this subscription immediately, refund the last three payments, and remove my payment details from your records. I do not want any unauthorized transactions. What you are doing is misleading and taking advantage of people.
