I Am Waiting 15 Days for Betloto Document Approval With No Update

I am a user of the Betloto platform with the username “Kerem***”. My document approval process has been pending for 15 days and I am only being told to wait, without any clear explanation being provided. Despite the passage of this time, my document is still not approved and I have not been informed of any deficiency, rejection reason or additional document request. This situation both creates distrust and prevents me from using my account in a healthy way. I request that my document approval process be concluded as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed about the reason for this long delay and the current status of my account.
