Beko Smart TV Collapsed Entirely After The Update

Hello, My TV's application center has entirely collapsed after an update from you; only Youtube.com is still functional, and many other aspects of the TV no longer work after the upgrade. I've contacted you previously, but you've always responded negatively. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you because, contrary to your claims, our software does not currently support your program due to Google's withdrawal of support. Why bother releasing an update that will render the TV useless if support has ended? Just leave it how it is and let us keep using it. Such an explanation does not fly with me. The television, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, aspirator, kettle, and too many other appliances to count that I have used and worn out are all from your brand. All of my possessions, from A to Z, are made by Beko, yet this incident has left me feeling very angry and has caused me to view Beko in a very different light. I insist that this situation of victimization end immediately.
