Beko Tv Black Screen Error, Apps Won't Open
I'm having a really annoying problem with my Beko TV - all the apps just won't work. Whenever I attempt to access Netflix, I'm faced with a black screen and absolutely no response. There is complete silence when it comes to Smart TV Apps and Screencast. Even trying to use YouTube leads to a frustrating dead end. If I had been aware of these issues, I would have never bought this TV. Could you please address and resolve this issue as soon as possible? I think a software update might be the solution to resolving these glitches.
My Beko B49L 8900 TV is not opening applications. There is no error message, but a black screen appears. It doesn't even open the application apps.
