Please Unlock My ID
I am writing about a problem with my BDG game account. My in‑game ID 22126*** has been locked for about three days and I have not been able to access it during this time. Whenever I try to use my account, I only see that the ID has been locked and I cannot continue playing the game. I have tried to reach BDG support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I do not know the reason for the lock, and I have not been given any explanation or guidance on what I should do to recover my account. I kindly request that my BDG account be unlocked as soon as possible, or that I be clearly informed of the reason for the lock and what steps I can take to restore access to my account.
