BDG Game Account Locked With Error 2 Without Explanation

I have been playing BDG Game on my Android phone using the ID (UID) 23833***. Today I logged into the game at around 4:00 PM, and at about 4:15 PM my account suddenly got locked. Since then, whenever I try to log in, I receive the error message “Error: 2 user has been locked” and I can no longer access my account or play. My BDG Game ID was working normally before this, and I did not receive any prior warning or explanation about why the account was locked. I would like my account to be checked and the lock to be removed so that I can continue playing BDG Game with this ID. I kindly request that my account with UID 23833*** be reactivated as soon as possible, or that I am given a clear explanation of the reason and any steps I can take to restore access.
