BDG User Has Been Locked (Error: 116)

I am writing regarding my BDG Game account, which has been locked with the error “User has been locked” (Error: 116) when I try to log in via my Android device. My BDG number is 8534924*** and I have been unable to access my account since 01/10/2026. I do not know the reason why my account has been locked and I have not been informed of any violation or issue. I have contacted BDG Game customer support about this situation, but my access problem still continues and I remain unable to enter the game and use my account. This account is important to me, and I have spent a total of 26,624 rupees on it. I want my account to be reviewed in detail and I kindly request that you check my BDG ID, explain the reason for the lock if possible, and unlock my account so that I can access my game again and continue using it normally. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and I look forward to your response.
