Unban BGMI ID After False Ban

I have been playing BGMI for around six years and this is the only account on which I have spent a lot of time and money, including UC purchases. Recently my account was permanently banned even though I did not personally violate the rules. My in‑game ID is 5247321488 and my in‑game name is 么DEATH艾GOD. On 3 August, my friend named Raman B*** was playing on my account on an iPhone 14 Pro. Later, another in‑game friend, Ravi, saw that my ID had been banned and called me to inform me. I personally use an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I was not using the account at the time the ban happened. I do not know what exactly my friend did while using my account, but because of his actions my account was banned. I respect the BGMI rules and I do not want to disturb the game environment in any way. I will never again share my account or allow anyone else to play on it. Considering that I have invested money into UC and have been playing on this account for years, I kindly request that you review my case once more and remove the ban on my BGMI ID 5247321488. I ask for one chance so that I can continue playing fairly on this account and I assure you that such a situation will not happen again.
