Request For Manual Review Of Wrongful BGMI Account Ban

I am writing regarding the sudden and unfair ban of my BGMI account, which I believe is a clear mistake. My account is registered with the email address pbhavans***@gmail.com, and my in‑game IDs are 5222875114 and IQ0012. According to the in‑game notice, my account has been banned for violating regulations, but no clear or specific reason has been provided. The ban was applied on 31‑05‑2026, but I only realized I could no longer access my account on 10‑06‑2026. When I log in, I see a notice stating that my account has violated the rules and is banned until 31‑05‑2036, which is an extremely long period and completely disproportionate, especially given that I have never intentionally used cheats, illegal third‑party software, or done anything to violate the game’s regulations. I have already contacted BGMI support about this issue, but I keep receiving only automatic replies stating that the account cannot be unbanned until the ban period is over, without any proper investigation, explanation, or proof of what rule was supposedly violated. This is very frustrating because I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account and I am being punished without being told what I did wrong. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed by a real support agent, that the logs be checked carefully, and that the ban be lifted and my account fully restored as soon as possible. If there is any specific concern, I am ready to cooperate, but I ask for transparency and a clear explanation instead of generic automated responses. I expect my account to be unbanned and my access to the game returned.
