Battlegrounds Mobile India BGMI UID Suspended Until 2036 Without Clear Reason

I am submitting this complaint regarding the suspension of my BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI) account operated by KRAFTON. My BGMI UID/Character ID is 5624330623. On 26/09/2022, I discovered that my account had been banned, and the in‑game notice now shows that it is suspended until 18/09/2036 for an alleged rules violation. I am playing BGMI on a Poco F1 Android device. Following the ban, I contacted BGMI/KRAFTON through their official support channels and shared my situation. However, I have not received a clear, account‑specific explanation about what exactly led to this extreme long‑term suspension. I only received generic responses that do not clarify which action, date, time or alleged violation category was involved, nor whether the decision was based on automated detection, manual review, or both. I respectfully request that my case be properly and individually reviewed, rather than being rejected with template replies. There have been public reports from other BGMI users about disputed long‑term bans around the same period. While I am not asserting that every such report is correct, these reports reinforce my concern that my own account may also have been suspended in error or without adequate review. Through this complaint, I am asking KRAFTON/BGMI to conduct a thorough manual review of my account and either remove the ban or provide a written, account‑specific explanation that clearly states the general category of violation, relevant date/time or activity, and the basis for the decision. If, after appropriate review, the alleged violation cannot be concretely substantiated, I request that the suspension on my account be lifted and my access to the game restored. I am not asking for any interference with BGMI’s legitimate anti‑cheat systems. My request is for fair grievance redressal, a proper review of my account, and a transparent explanation of the action taken against my account so that this matter can be resolved in a justified and satisfactory manner.
