BGMI Account Hacked After Gmail Deletion and Name Change

I have been actively playing BGMI since 2019 and have invested a lot of time and money into my account. My BGMI in‑game name was “thanderbosss”, my ID number is 5385520535, and the account had reached level 78. I was playing BGMI on a Vivo V40 Android phone. For a few years I used Facebook login, and later I switched to logging in with my Gmail account: thunderbos***@gmail.com. On 1 October 2026, my mobile phone reset itself. After that, when I tried to log in to BGMI with my Gmail account, I received a message that the Gmail account had been deleted. I then checked my friends’ BGMI friend lists and saw that my account was still appearing in the game, but the in‑game name had been changed to “C R 7”. This shows that my BGMI account and my Gmail were hacked and taken over by someone else without my consent. I have already contacted Google support regarding the hacked and deleted Gmail account, but I have not received any response yet. I also tried to reach BGMI/KRAFTON support, but I have not received any reply or help from them either. I kindly request that my original BGMI account with ID 5385520535 and previous name “thanderbosss” be recovered and returned to me, with all my progress and purchases intact, and that the unauthorized access to my account be investigated and blocked.
