The ban reason shown relates to violence in the game, but I have not used any hacks, third‑party applications, or any unfair methods, and I only play normal game modes such as classic matches (including Livik) and WOW mode on the available maps. I have never received any in‑game report notifications from other players by email, and there was no clear warning before this happened. First, I received a message that the account was banned for one week, and shortly after, it changed to a ten‑year ban, which has upset and confused me. BGMI is very important to me because I have spent a lot of time and created many memories playing with my friends. I fully respect your rules and the need to maintain fair gameplay, and if anything was triggered unintentionally from my side, I sincerely apologise and am ready to follow all guidelines carefully.
