I accidentally placed an order with the wrong shipping address on Banggood's website, and I need to correct it immediately. How can I modify my order?

If you put in the wrong shipping address for an order on Banggood's website by accident and need to fix it right away, do these things:

• Cancellation of Orders for Processing:

There are three possible states for your order: in process, ready to process, and backorder. You can cancel it yourself in your Banggood account. Find "My Account" and click on "View Orders. To cancel an order, find it and click "Apply Refund."

• Getting in touch with customer service about shipped orders:

It's too late to cancel an order that has already been sent out. Get in touch with Banggood's customer service right away.

Click on the label that says "Order & Tax - Cancel/Edit this order" to ask for changes.
