I'm Demanding Azar Credit My Account After a Failed Gem Purchase
Around 6:45 AM on June 30th, I purchased $7 worth of "gems" (coins) on the Azar app through my iOS phone. Even though the payment was charged to my debit card, I can't use the gems I purchased because I keep getting a network connection error in the app.
I've been getting this error continuously for about 20-25 minutes, and even though there's no issue with my own internet connection, I can't access the app properly. Because of this, the product I purchased isn't reflected in my account and isn't available for use. I also don't have any order or receipt number related to this transaction.
I am requesting that this issue I'm experiencing on the Azar app be resolved as soon as possible, and that the gems I purchased be fully credited to my account and made available for use without any problems.
