I Paid $6 for Azar Gems That Never Showed Up in My Account
On 06/05/2026, around 6:30 PM, I purchased $6 worth of "gems" (coins) on the Azar app using my debit card. Even though the payment was successfully charged to my debit card, the gems I purchased never loaded into my account and never appeared in my balance.
After experiencing this issue, I emailed Azar's support team, but I haven't received any response so far. My money has been charged, and I still can't use the product I purchased, which has put me in a difficult position.
My request from Azar is that the gems I purchased with the $6 charged from my debit card be fully credited to my account as soon as possible, and that the problem I've experienced be resolved.
