AVG Technologies Charged Me Without Consent
AVG Technologies has withdrawn ₺269 from my account through automatic payment. Due to the lack of clarity in canceling my payment information and the inability to cancel my paid subscription, my money has been deducted from my account due to automatic billing. I demand the immediate refund of the deducted ₺269 and the cancellation of my existing membership. If the fee is not refunded, I will escalate the matter first to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, then to CİMER, and any other relevant institution. It's even more frustrating that there's no customer service hotline to contact them. I hope the officials at AVG Technologies will reach out to me soon.
