Avataria Life Unfair One-Year Ban And Customer Service Issue

I have been playing Avataria Life for almost a year and have invested a significant amount of money into the game. However, today I discovered that my account has been banned for one full year. The reason given is that I used the word “IBAN” during a chat. This makes no sense at all. Do the moderators actually read the full sentences, or do they just automatically punish players for specific keywords? It is completely unfair to issue such a long ban simply for using the word IBAN, especially when there are many players engaging in inappropriate behavior that goes unchecked. Why am I being punished for something so minor, while more serious violations are ignored? I demand that this unfair ban be lifted and that my account access be restored immediately. Players who spend money on this game deserve respect, not arbitrary punishments.
