Avatar Life Wrongful Ban Preventing Me From Accessing My Account

I was unfairly banned from Avatar Life, and it has completely ruined my gaming experience. I had not logged into the game for about four months, and yesterday I decided to return. I logged in, but since the in-game discounts did not load properly, I logged out again.

When I tried to log back in the next morning, I discovered that my account had been banned. I did nothing wrong, so this ban must be a mistake. I strongly believe this is an error, and I kindly request that my account be reviewed and the ban lifted.

I have invested time and effort into this game, and it would mean a lot to me if this wrongful ban was corrected quickly. Please resolve this issue so I can continue playing fairly.
