Avatar Life Unfair Ban After Spending Money In Game

While I was playing Avatar Life, the game suddenly logged me out with a message saying that maintenance was in progress. When I tried to log back in, I was shocked to see the message: “This account has been banned. Please create another account.” I have invested a lot of money into this account, and now I am banned without any reason or explanation. How can such a thing happen? Why would my account be blocked after I’ve spent so much on it? This feels extremely unfair and disrespectful to loyal players who support the game financially. I am demanding a clear explanation and the immediate restoration of my account. All the money I loaded into the game should not go to waste because of an arbitrary and unexplained ban.
