Amore App Ignored Report of Fake Account Using My Images
On November 7, 2015, I learned that a fake account named “gül” had been created on the Amore app using my Facebook photos without my consent. I do not have an account on the Amore app, and I only became aware of this situation when someone contacted me on Instagram and sent me screenshots.
Only my photos are used on the fake account; no other personal information is included. My photos were publicly available on Facebook at the time.
This situation seriously violates my personal rights and privacy. I contacted the Amore app regarding this issue but did not receive any response. Additionally, because of this incident, I have been harassed by people I do not know through Instagram.
I am requesting that the fake account be removed immediately, that I be informed if possible about the person or persons who created this account, and that I be contacted via my email address e*******@icloud.com**. I respectfully request that the necessary action be taken as soon as possible.
