Aliexpress Orders Never Showed Up Yet They Refuse to Refund

I haven't gotten those items I bought from AliExpress. The tracking numbers are 2753037466551 and 2753037465653, I paid 3300 TL for this vacuum cleaner, it never showed up! Can you believe that? AliExpress didn't even bother sending me the stuff I bought. And to top it off, they straight-up pocketed my hard-earned cash. Can you believe it? You gotta make sure my stuff gets delivered, okay? I'm really not happy with this situation, satisfied is far from what I'm feeling!! It's like a major betrayal and totally breaks the deal. they're basically saying that nothing can be done...It's like they're washing their hands of the whole delivery thing. But, like, this stance is totally unjustifiable. AliExpress has to deliver the thing I bought to me. It's their job to fix any problems that have come up...
