Continuing Frustration With Alibaba Refusal To End Contact

I am writing to formally complain about ongoing unwanted system messages from Alibaba.com despite having closed my account. Around 10 days ago I closed my Alibaba account specifically because I no longer wanted any contact or promotional communication from the platform. Since then, I have still been receiving daily system messages and pop‑up style promotional ads about using Alibaba’s services while I am using my iPad. These appear as a brief flash bar for a few seconds and then disappear, and they are not coming as emails. Until today I was not even aware that the Alibaba app was installed on my device. I have now deleted the app in an effort to stop these unwanted communications, but I find it unacceptable that, even after closing my account with the clear intention of ending all contact, the Alibaba system continues to push its services to me. I have only ever purchased one item through Alibaba, which is still in transit and appears to be supplied by an independent seller, and I have no intention of using Alibaba again in the future. My clear expectation is that Alibaba immediately and permanently stops all forms of contact and system messaging to me, and that my account closure and privacy are fully respected so that no further promotional or system communications are sent to me via any channel. I request written confirmation that my account is fully closed, that my data is no longer used for marketing or promotional purposes, and that no further contact will be made with me going forward.
