I Can’t Withdraw $75 Balance from Tango App to Bank or Airwallex Account
For the past two days, I’ve been trying to withdraw my $75 balance from the Tango app, but every attempt has failed. I tried using my Visa card, Yapı Kredi bank account, and Airwallex, yet none of the transactions were completed successfully. When I selected Airwallex, the screen showed “transaction in progress,” but the funds never arrived in my account.
What’s even more frustrating is that $74 was deducted as if the payment went through—but I never received the money. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem on Tango, and it’s deeply disappointing. I also tried contacting customer service, but the app doesn’t allow me to message support or receive help, which makes the situation worse.
My account username is Merve. I demand that my $75 balance be transferred to my bank account immediately and that this withdrawal issue be resolved permanently.
