I Changed My Name but Airwallex Sent My Transfer to My Old Name
I officially changed my name recently and updated all my legal documents. However, my Airwallex account still shows my old name. Four days ago, a payment was sent to my IBAN, which hasn't changed, but it was addressed to my previous name. As of today, I still haven’t received the money.
This is not how a professional financial platform should operate. Normally, the funds would be in my account within minutes. Now, the money is stuck somewhere, and I have no way of tracking it or getting proper support. I shouldn’t be punished for a name change, especially when the IBAN is correct.
