Airbnb Let Someone Ask Me for Money Outside the App - Did Not Help Me

I want to bring attention to a concerning situation involving someone named M***, whom we reached out to via the Airbnb platform. She asked us to transfer money outside the official Airbnb app, stating it was necessary to cover a ₺8,000 front deposit and a ₺12,000 invoice. We decided to go ahead and make the payment, trusting her, but then everything changed rapidly. We are currently attempting to acquire the printout and contact details of another individual involved, but we are encountering some obstacles. We are not receiving any replies to our requests for assistance. I feel deceived and trapped in a situation that could have been prevented if the support channels had been more attentive. We did everything with honest intentions, and I truly hope Airbnb will intervene to help settle this issue.
