Call of Duty Mobile Player Seeks Account Recovery After Suspected Activision Account Hack

1

I play Call of Duty: Mobile on a Samsung S23 Ultra running the Android operating system. I have been playing on my account for a long time and have invested significant time and effort into it. In 2026, I discovered that someone had gained access to my account without my clear permission. For reasons I do not fully understand, other people appear to be accessing my account, repeatedly changing my in-game name, and I frequently receive notifications stating, “Your account was logged into from another location.”

I previously always logged into the game through my Activision account, but I can now only access it through my Facebook account. I can no longer access my Activision account, so I believe my Call of Duty: Mobile Activision account has been compromised. My in-game username is “Tolgamy7.”

I have spent a significant amount of money on this account to date, approximately $622–$725, or possibly even more, on CP, skins, and other in-game content. Despite this, my account is currently not secure, and it appears that other people are using it even though I believe I am the only person who knows my password. The currency conversion is based on a recent exchange rate of approximately 1 Turkish lira = $0.0207.

My request is, first and foremost, for a detailed security investigation of my account, for the account to be fully returned to my control, and for my access to be restored so that I can continue playing through my Activision account. I want to log in using my own Activision account rather than Facebook. I also want to be able to change my password myself and, if possible, secure my account with two-factor authentication to prevent this type of unauthorized access from happening again.

I urgently request assistance in resolving the harm I have experienced, securing my account, keeping me informed throughout the entire process, and restoring full control of the account to me.
