Withdrawal Stuck in Processing With No Resolution
I made a bank withdrawal from my 91 Club account on 17 June 2026 at around 11:00 in the morning for an amount of 6,100. The order number of this withdrawal is WD20260617105940641048****. Since the moment I requested it, the transaction has been stuck in “processing” status and, after many hours, it has neither been completed nor rejected. I have contacted 91 Club customer service many times regarding this issue. Each time they only tell me that they cannot cancel the withdrawal and that I should “wait” and “be patient” and that the money will be credited, but they do not provide a clear explanation, a time frame, or any concrete solution. As a user, this situation is worrying because a large amount of money is pending for a long time without any clarity. I request that this withdrawal be urgently reviewed and that my 6,100 be either immediately credited to my bank account or, if there is a problem, that the transaction be cancelled and the amount promptly returned to my 91 Club balance. I also expect a clear explanation of why this withdrawal has been stuck in processing for so long and assurance that similar issues will not occur again.
