Today, 19 May, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 15,000, but my withdrawal status has been showing as “pending” for about 4 hours. I contacted 91club customer support about this issue and they only told me to wait and that it takes time, without giving any clear explanation. This is the first time I have experienced such a pending issue with my withdrawals, and it is causing me concern because a large amount of money is stuck. I request that my 15,000 withdrawal be processed and the money be credited immediately to my bank account without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly once the payment is completed.
