PhonePe Deposit Missing from 91 Club Win Account Balance

On 2 August 2026, I deposited around 20,000 Rs to my 91 Club Win account via PhonePe. The transaction was shown as successfully completed in PhonePe, but the amount never appeared in my 91 Club Win balance. After noticing this, I contacted my bank and asked them to check the transaction. They informed me that the transaction was safely completed and that the amount was credited to another person. Despite this, I have not received any refund and my 91 Club Win account still does not show the deposit. I request that my payment of approximately 20,000 Rs made on 2 August 2026 be urgently investigated, that the funds either be credited to my 91 Club Win account or fully refunded to me, and that I be informed in writing of the result.
