91 Club Withdrawal Not Received in Bank Account

I am filing this complaint regarding an issue I faced with the betting platform 91 Club. On 27/07/2026 I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 from my 91 Club account to my NSDL Payments Bank account, with the order/withdrawal number WD20260727115839751048391a. The withdrawal was shown as successfully processed on the platform, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I live in Patna, Bihar, and this situation has caused me serious financial stress, as I was expecting this ₹50,000 to be transferred promptly. Despite the time that has passed since 27/07/2026, there has been no credit to my NSDL Payments Bank account and no proper resolution from the platform. I request that 91 Club urgently verify this withdrawal transaction, ensure that the ₹50,000 is either immediately credited to my NSDL Payments Bank account or fully refunded to me, and provide a clear explanation in writing for the delay and non-credit of my funds.
