I am writing regarding an unfair situation I experienced today in 8 Ball Pool while playing 1v1 high bets. Around 23:00, I lost a total of 34 million coins in matches where I strongly believe I was playing against hackers. During these games, the opponents were making plays and shots that did not seem normal or fair, and it felt like they were using some kind of hack or cheat. As a result, I lost all my 34 million coins in a way that did not feel legitimate, and this has completely ruined my gaming experience. I am a level 37 player, and I am playing honestly without using any hacks or cheats myself, which makes this situation feel even more unfair. This situation is not fair, and I am very disappointed to lose such a large amount of coins under these conditions. I kindly request that my 34 million coins be refunded to my account and that the matches in question be investigated so that appropriate action can be taken against any accounts using hacks or cheats. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible so I can continue playing the game under fair conditions.
