YouTube Music Won't Activate My Subscription

I have been a YouTube Music user for a long time, and for about the past month I have been unable to purchase or activate a subscription. I was previously part of a YouTube Music Family plan, but I can no longer access that membership. When I try to start an individual subscription instead, the system will not activate it. I can sign in to my account without any problems, but I am forced to use the service with ads because I cannot subscribe.

For nearly a month, I have repeatedly tried to activate an individual subscription, but it never goes through. The system does not explain what is preventing my subscription from being activated. During this time, I have also been unable to reach YouTube customer support, and I could not find a phone number or another effective way to get assistance.

I respectfully request that YouTube conduct a technical review of my YouTube Music account, identify the cause of this subscription issue, resolve any problems affecting my account, and activate my individual YouTube Music subscription as soon as possible.
