If Yousician keeps charging you after you canceled, here’s how to stop the payments;
Check where you subscribed;
• iPhone (App Store):
– Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
– Find Yousician → Cancel Subscription
• Android (Google Play):
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Find Yousician → Cancel Subscription
• Direct (Yousician website):
– Log in at Yousician → Account → Subscriptions
– Cancel the subscription there
Confirm cancellation;
• Ensure it shows:
– “Subscription will not renew”
– Expiry date
• Screenshot the confirmation
Check email (including Spam);
• Search for:
– “Subscription canceled”
– “Yousician subscription”
• Screenshot confirmation
Remove payment method (optional);
• If possible, remove saved card details linked to Yousician
Contact Yousician Support;
• Use in-app support or official support email
• Explain:
– You canceled but were still charged
• Provide:
– Registered email
– Screenshots of cancellation and charges
• Ask them to:
– Stop future renewals
– Refund the unauthorized charges
