I can't log into my account on Yousician anymore, what steps should I try?

If you can’t log into your Yousician account, first check you’re using the exact email or login method (Apple/Google) tied to your account and try resetting your password through Yousician’s support page.

They send a reset link to your email that lets you set a new password and regain access.

For accounts created with Facebook, Yousician no longer supports Facebook login, so you must set up an email/password login by using the “Forgot password?” option with the email linked to your Facebook.

If you still can’t sign in, clear cache or reinstall the app, make sure your internet connection is stable, and try logging in again.
