If you cancelled your Yousician trial but still got billed, first double-check that the subscription was properly cancelled in the place you bought it (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Yousician website) because deleting the app doesn’t stop billing.

Auto-renewal must be turned off before the trial ends, otherwise the paid plan starts automatically.
