After paying, if you can't get into your account, go to app.yourselfirst.com/login and click "Forgot Password" to get new details. Many users say they are locked out after paying.

If this doesn't work, send an email to [email protected] with your registered email, proof of payment, and the name of the test you bought.

The support team at Yourselfirst can manually check that you bought something and either send you your health report right away or let you back into your dashboard.
