Yalla Ludo Opened New Account Instead Of My Level 40 Account
I have been playing Yalla Ludo on my Android phone and I had a level 40 account linked to the ID 40433940***. However, since 2 May, when I try to log in, the game opens a brand‑new first level account instead of my original level 40 account, and I can no longer access my previous account. This situation is very upsetting for me because I have spent money on this account, including purchases I made about three months ago, and I invested a lot of time to reach level 40. Now I am stuck on a new account and my old one appears to be lost. I request that my original level 40 account be found and fully restored to me so that I can continue using it with all my previous progress and purchases.
