If you linked your game to Facebook, Google, Apple, your phone, or an email address, you'll need to reinstall Yalla Ludo and sign in again using the same method. Your progress will normally be restored automatically. If you played as a guest, you probably can't get back in.
To get a restore or compensation review, contact Yalla Ludo Support with your UID (found on your profile page), device/OS, app version, crash time, and any buy IDs. Email contact information is included in the published Terms list.
If you lost paid items or diamonds, get your store receipts and file a billing dispute with Google Play or Apple at the same time. Platform records help Support confirm your rights. For help with in-app purchases, check out Google Play's instructions.
Their Privacy Policy also tells users to send requests through Yalla Ludo Support, so if you have problems with your data or account, use that route.
