Yalla Ludo Account Stuck in Abnormal State for Months

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Yalla Ludo account on Android for more than six months. Whenever I try to participate in the “Warriors' Legend League Challenge” and other activities, an error pop‑up appears saying that my account is in an abnormal state and that I cannot join the activity, and it tells me to contact customer service. I do not know any reason why my account would be flagged as being in an abnormal state, because I always follow the game rules. Due to this situation, I have not been able to join any activities for a very long time, which is affecting my gaming experience and preventing me from enjoying the events in the game. I have contacted Yalla Ludo customer service many times about this issue, but I have not received any useful or effective response, and the restriction on my account has not been removed. I kindly request that you investigate my account in detail, remove the “abnormal state” flag, and fully restore my ability to join all activities and events in Yalla Ludo. I want to be able to participate normally again without receiving this error message.
