Yalla Ludo Account Stolen After Fake Customer Support Scam

I am writing to report that my Yalla Ludo account has been stolen after someone pretended to be a customer service employee and deceived me. The stolen account has the ID 4552748659 and was linked to the email address sheko562**@gamil.com. On 26/04/2026 a person contacted me claiming to be from Yalla Ludo support and asked me to send a 4‑digit code. After I sent this code, my account was stolen and linked to another email, and since that date I have completely lost access to it. After the theft I submitted more than 20 complaints to support, but the support assistant refused to review my case, even though I clearly explained that my account was stolen through impersonation of your staff. I have all the necessary evidence proving that I am the real owner of the account from the date it was created until the date it was stolen, including screenshots with exact dates and times and a record of the devices and phones that logged into the account during this whole period. I request that you urgently restore my stolen account with ID 4552748659 to my control and disconnect it from the thief’s email, and that you investigate the person who impersonated customer service and take the necessary action against this behaviour. I am ready to provide all screenshots, login history and any additional information needed to verify my ownership and help you return the account to its rightful owner.
