Yalla Ludo Account Locked After Unauthorized Access

My Yalla Ludo account has been locked after unauthorized access, and I am requesting that it be reviewed and restored. My Player ID is 42666*** and the email address linked to my account is muh***[email protected]. On 01/08/2026 at around 3:24, someone who knew my password logged into my account without my permission. I noticed this too late and shortly after that I received a message and my account was locked. I did not authorize anyone to use or access my account at any time. I am currently unable to log in to my account and I am receiving error messages at the login screen. I am worried about the security of my account and the possible loss of my in‑game data and items. I kindly request that my Yalla Ludo account be checked in detail for unauthorized access, secured against such access, and unlocked. I also request that all my game data, progress and items be preserved and that my full access to the account be restored as soon as possible.
