WePlay Banned My Device After Someone Else Misused My Phone

I am a user of the WePlay platform and I am writing because my device, a Huawei Nova 3i, was banned about two weeks ago for allegedly violating the community rules. According to the message on my screen, my account was reported for pornography. The situation happened while my friend was holding and using my phone. Without my knowledge or consent, my friend sent nude images to another player from my device. I did not see this at the time and only realized something was wrong when I later checked my account and saw that my device had been banned. I understand and respect WePlay’s community rules and I do not support or intentionally share any pornographic content. This incident happened because of my friend’s misuse of my phone, not my own actions. Since the ban, I have not been able to play or access the platform from my Huawei Nova 3i, which is very upsetting for me as a regular user. I kindly request that you review this case and remove the ban from my Huawei Nova 3i device so that I can use my account and play again. I am ready to follow all rules carefully and ensure that such a situation does not happen again.
