I can’t cancel my We PDF subscription; what should I do?

If you can’t cancel your We PDF subscription, use the official Unsubscribe option and enter the email address associated with your account; We PDF says it will send you a cancellation link.

If that doesn’t work, contact We PDF customer service and explicitly request that automatic renewal be disabled. Their terms say renewal must be disabled no later than the day before the billing date to prevent the next renewal.

After canceling, keep the confirmation or cancellation email and check your account to ensure another renewal is not scheduled.
