VibeShort Unauthorized Charge Through Cash App
Today, $19.99 was taken from my Cash App account for a VibeShort charge that I did not authorize. I did not use VibeShort, I did not approve this payment, and nobody else has my permission to use my Cash App. Because of this unauthorized charge, I do not have the money I need to get my child to school tomorrow, and this situation is causing serious stress and hardship. I already contacted Cash App support and was told to resolve it through you, even though it is clear from my Cash App activity that this payment was not made by me. I am urgently demanding that the $19.99 VibeShort charge be fully refunded immediately, that my account be secured against any further unauthorized charges, and that a proper investigation be carried out into how this happened. I am not willing to accept this loss and I expect my money to be returned without any further delay.
