VibeShort Charged €19.99 for an Unauthorized Subscription

I recently discovered an unwanted subscription to the Con vibeshoes streaming site in my name, even though I never signed up for this service or authorized any subscription. Right now I see a charge of 19,99€ taken from my Poste ePay card for this Con vibeshoes subscription, which I did not request. The phone number associated with this unwanted subscription is 3491153304. I have tried to find and contact Con vibeshoes customer service but I cannot track them down in any way. I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund of the 19,99€ charge to my Poste ePay card, and I also ask for written confirmation that no further amounts will be taken without my explicit consent.
