Please Cancel Vibeshort Subscription And Refund My Money

I received a notification today that 4.99 USD (166.72 Baht) was charged to my bank card by Vibeshort for a monthly subscription. I do not see this subscription listed in my iOS subscription settings, so I cannot cancel it myself. I would like Vibeshort to cancel this monthly subscription immediately and ensure that no further payments are taken from my card. In addition, I request a full refund of the 4.99 USD (166.72 Baht) that was charged without a visible or manageable subscription in my account. I ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and confirm the cancellation and refund in writing.
