VFS Global VISA System Says There Is an Appointment I Made for Netherlands, Which I Didn't


The online system keeps telling me that an appointment has already been made, but I have absolutely no recollection of booking it. can't see any details about this supposed appointment, and it's preventing me from scheduling the one I actually need. I've tried everything I can think of to resolve this issue – refreshing the page, clearing my cache, and even trying from a different device – but nothing seems to work, i'm eager to move forward with my visa application, but I'm completely stuck because of this phantom appointment. could you please remove the mystery appointment from my record? I'd like to be able to schedule a new appointment at my earliest convenience.
