Unable to Book VFS Global Visa Appointment Due to OTP and Error!

Despite there being available visa appointments for France on specific dates, every time I open the form on VFS Global and fill in the information, an error message with the code 'applicant information. Messages. Error messages. Message68' appears at the top of the form. When I complete the form, it warns that the reference number I entered is already in use. I am unable to contact VFS Global in any way, and despite there being appointments available, I cannot book one. Additionally, the OTP section appears misaligned on the page when I proceed to the next step. I request a response regarding this issue; I have never seen such an unprofessional site.
