The Veet epilator does not grip short hairs well — what should I do in this case?

Veet epilators are designed to remove hair from 0.5 mm, but in practice they may not catch very short or fine hairs. Possible reasons:

The device is not fully charged — low power reduces efficiency.

Dry or “stuck” stubble on the skin — the hair is not lifted, so the tweezers cannot grip it.

Uneven skin surface or moving the device too quickly.

⚙️ What can help:

Take a warm shower before the procedure — pores will open, and the hair will become softer.

Use a gentle scrub to lift the hairs.

Keep the skin taut and move slowly at a 90° angle.

Use the special short-hair attachment if it comes with the device.

If the result is still unsatisfactory, the model may be of poor quality or technically outdated.
