I Was Scammed Out of $100 by an Online Vape Seller

On July 30, 2026, I placed an order for a Vaporesso Luxe pod device with a seller named M***** D**** via WhatsApp (0 53*********02), whose details were listed on the website esigaramarkalari.com. I sent a total payment of $100 to his bank account via instant bank transfer (FAST) and provided my delivery address.

After I made the payment, the seller stopped responding to both my messages and phone calls, failed to provide any tracking information, and never shipped the product. Since the same phone number was listed on the website, I was unable to find any other contact person through that channel either.

Despite making the payment, the product was never delivered, nor was a refund issued. I request assistance to resolve my hardship, demand a full refund of the $100 I paid, and ask that a thorough investigation be conducted regarding this seller to prevent others from falling victim to a similar scam.
